On Adherent cells

Study how your binder interacts with surface receptors expressed on live cells

The cellular environment offers a step towards in vivo assays with the presence of the dynamic cell membrane, secondary binding partners and internalization/degradation processes that may be turned on and off with temperature changes. Seeding the cells is straightforward – use regular Petri dishes, or LigandTracer cell culture MultiDish 2×2 for higher throughput and comparative studies* – and let the inherent properties of the cells do the rest.
