Protein

Protein – protein interactions measured with LigandTracer

Working with purified proteins is suitable when the target protein is not expressed on a cell surface. The cell-free environment also enables a highly controlled setting, ideal for quality control measurements. The target proteins may be attached through adhesion, immobilized on a chip or on magnetic beads.
