Summary

This study is about the evaluation of folate receptor β as a target for imaging of inflammation. The uptake of increasing concentrations  of 68Ga-labeled folate to CHO cells expressing folate receptor β was monitored at 37 °C with LigandTracer Yellow, followed by a retention phase. CHO-FR-β cells were used as a negative control, to confirm specificity.
