It is all about the curve, and we are here to show you why.  Our course on LigandTracer interaction analysis on living cells will focus on experimental setup, kinetics, and data analysis of both regular interactions and more complex systems. Instead of solely discussing how to perform a measurement we shift the focus to how you get the answers you are looking for.

Troubleshoot: Problems that may emerge and how to overcome them.

Adapt LigandTracer to your needs: Application examples.

Plan the measurements: Concentrations, incubation times, requirements.

Perform the measurements: Attachment of suspension cells, seeding of adherent cells, run measurements to study kinetics, affinity, competition and proximity.

Understand your result: Kinetic theory, what data to aim for, what curves can tell you.
